This ambitious project, a collaboration between two leading companies in civil engineering and real estate, aims to bolster the city’s position as a hub for logistics. Spanning 3.3 million square feet in Warsan, Northern Dubai, Terralogix is designed to play a pivotal role in enhancing the city’s supply chain infrastructure and fulfilling its aspirations of ranking among the globe’s top five Grade-A logistics hubs.

Dutco and Sweid & Sweid, the two well-established firms behind Terralogix, are committed to transforming the logistical landscape of Dubai. The development is set to be a key element in addressing the city’s growing demand for advanced logistics solutions. Phase One Progress and Leasing Opportunities
Currently, Phase One of Terralogix is in progress, with an anticipated completion date in the third quarter of 2026. The park’s pre-leasing phase is now open, presenting abundant opportunities for future tenants.
