This new system aims to measure government performance using artificial intelligence to improve the quality of government services and achieve the goals of the “We Are the UAE 2031” vision. In this context, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum emphasized that “continuous improvement is an essential part of the government’s work habits,” reiterating that “there is no perfect system… but everything is subject to development and improvement.”
The system can process more than 150 million digital statements monthly, providing over 50,000 proactive decisions annually. It is expected to achieve a 60% increase in performance each year while saving more than 250,000 hours of government work. This improvement aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of government entities and elevate the quality of services provided.
