Sales transactions surpassed 24,000, marking a 42.6% increase, with foreign investments totaling approximately AED 23.2 billion ($6.32 billion), showcasing an annual growth of 62.2%.
Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group at SCCI and the chairman of the Organising Committee for ACRES, emphasized the event’s strategic role in facilitating connections between investors and developers. He noted that the 2026 exhibition has fully occupied its available space, hosting over 120 leading real estate firms throughout the UAE.
