Completion of 399 Hills Park Project
The National Real Estate Company, the real estate arm of the National Bonds Corporation, has announced the completion of its residential and commercial project, “399 Hills Park,” located in Dubai Hills Estate. This significant milestone has led to the initiation of unit deliveries to purchasers.
Details of the Project
“399 Hills Park” comprises a total of 399 residential units spread across two towers. The project has witnessed strong market demand, with one of the towers selling out entirely. Owners of these units are now receiving their new homes. The second tower will remain under the ownership of the National Real Estate Company, serving as an income-generating asset, in line with its long-term investment strategy.
Strategic Significance
Mohammed Qassem Al Ali, CEO of National Bonds, commented on the project’s completion and unit delivery, stating, “The completion of the 399 Hills Park project and the commencement of unit handovers marks an important milestone for the National Real Estate Company. It reflects our commitment to developing high-quality real estate assets that deliver sustainable value.”
He further highlighted that the start of unit deliveries signifies the transition of “399 Hills Park” from a development phase to a fully integrated residential community within Dubai Hills Estate. This step enhances the growing portfolio of the National Real Estate Company’s projects and assets.
