In a move that reflects its commitment to developing advanced residential projects, Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, announced the awarding of two significant contracts for the construction of 544 villas in the Palm Jebel Ali project in Dubai. These projects are part of the urban expansion in the emirate and come at a cost exceeding 3.5 billion dirhams, showcasing the strength of real estate growth in Dubai.
Contract Details
Jinko Contracting has been selected to build 354 villas in the fronds from “A” to “D,” while Union Engineering (Younk) will execute 190 villas in fronds “E” and “F.” Construction of the villas is expected to commence in the current quarter, with completion anticipated by the fourth quarter of 2028. These contracts are a key step toward enhancing the Palm Jebel Ali project.
