The Khorfakkan Club concluded the first week of the “Sharjah Sports Summer – Our Vacation is Different” initiative with a remarkable event, witnessing the participation of 200 individuals in a variety of activities under the slogan “I Am Creative.” The events provided a fruitful opportunity to develop the skills of children and youth in a comfortable environment that encourages creativity and learning. In this context, the Khorfakkan Club significantly contributed to enhancing the sports and cultural spirit this summer.
Diverse Activities that Enhance Creativity
The Khorfakkan Sports and Cultural Club wrapped up the first week of the “Sharjah Sports Summer – Our Vacation is Different” program, presenting a series of artistic and cultural workshops. These events included the workshop “We Are Born Again When We Create,” the workshop “A Young Reader and a Great Creator,” the workshop “We Create to Make a Difference,” as well as the workshop “3D Printing.” These workshops captured the attention of participants, adding real value to their summer experience.
Exploring Knowledge and Culture
The “Sharjah Sports Summer – Our Vacation is Different” program was not limited to artistic activities; it also included a visit to the Khorfakkan Public Library. There, participants discovered a range of valuable cultural and heritage books, in addition to children’s literature. They also visited the Quarter Century Science and Technology Center, which added a scientific and innovative dimension to the program. These visits served as rich educational experiences for the participants.
Various Sports Activities
On the sports side, the program featured a variety of activities, including individual and team games. These activities were designed to be entertaining, contributing to the enhancement of physical fitness and overall health among the youth.
