In a recent meeting, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, emphasised the crucial need to enhance and develop the quality of education within the emirate. His statement highlights the importance of creating a supportive and safe educational environment for students and academic staff alike.
Readiness of Educational Institutions
During the meeting at his office in the Emirati Diwan, His Highness reviewed the current educational landscape as the new academic year commences. He assessed the readiness of educational institutions in the emirate and discussed key efforts being undertaken to ensure a smooth and effective learning process, alongside providing a suitable environment for both students and educational staff.
His Highness referenced the commitment of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, to monitor the educational process. He underscored the Ruler’s dedication to supporting initiatives aimed at developing the education sector and enhancing the efficiency of educational institutions, aligning with the nation’s goals for educational advancement.
Enhancing Safety and Security in Educational Institutions
The delegation present at the meeting also addressed various topics concerning the academic process, particularly the measures implemented to enhance safety and security within educational institutions. These efforts are pivotal to ensuring the continuity of operations and supportive services for students and educational staff.
In response, His Excellency Mohammed Al Qasim, the Undersecretary at the Ministry of Education, along with his accompanying delegation, expressed their gratitude to His Highness the Crown Prince for his continued interest and commitment to educational affairs. They recognised his support for efforts aimed at refining the educational system and enhancing the quality of services provided in the emirate’s educational institutions.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Ziyoudi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
