The beachfront development will comprise 141 luxurious units and will be situated alongside the Sheraton Al Marjan Island Resort.

The agreement was signed in the presence of dignitaries from Marjan and Marriott. Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, joined ATARA leadership for the ceremonial signing, emphasizing the significance of this initiative.
