Radisson Hotel Group and BNW Developments have partnered to launch a significant mixed-use project named Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central, and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central. Slated for completion in 2029, this landmark development aims to redefine hospitality in Ras Al Khaimah by merging upscale living with vibrant commercial spaces.
Situated within RAK Central, an expansive 3.1 million sq ft master-planned area, the project is envisioned as Ras Al Khaimah’s emerging financial hub. Its prime location near Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village, combined with direct access to the E11 highway, positions it as a central link between the emirate and the broader UAE.
Mixed-use Radisson Blu Development Unveiled
Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will feature 361 keys and will include a vibrant mix of retail and cinema options, transforming the area into a lively destination from day to evening. Among the planned amenities are five restaurants and bars, a rooftop terrace with a pool bar, versatile meeting rooms, a wellness spa, a fitness center, a Business Class lounge, and a children’s club, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
Adjacent to the hotel, the Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central will offer 222 branded homes. These residences will provide residents with exceptional services from the nearby hotel, ensuring high operational standards and hospitality-centered amenities for an enhanced living experience.
