During the Global Health Exhibition 2026 in Dubai, Dubai Ambulance Services is showcasing its innovative systems aimed at revolutionizing emergency healthcare. The focus on “إسعاف دبي” highlights the organization’s commitment to enhancing emergency response capabilities and improving the quality of pre-hospital medical care. As part of its ongoing efforts, Dubai Ambulance is exhibiting state-of-the-art technologies and solutions designed to elevate the standards of emergency services.
Smart Emergency Response System
Mohammed Abdulkarim Julfar, the Executive Director of Dubai Ambulance Services, emphasized that the organization’s participation in the Global Health Exhibition is intended to highlight the significant transformation of the emergency response system in Dubai. He stated, “The institution’s participation in the Global Health Exhibition showcases the qualitative shift in Dubai’s ambulance system.” This event features a comprehensive model of a smart ambulance system that utilizes digital data to support rapid response times and enhance the quality of emergency services provided.
Innovative Features on Display
Julfar explained that the exhibition consists of two main stations. The first is a specialized platform that details the journey of smart emergency response. This journey begins with proactive resource planning based on historical and current data analysis, passes through smart emergency call reception systems using digital applications and UAE identity, and culminates in field response supported by digital alert systems and medical integration with hospitals. The integration of data regarding call locations, peak times, population density, and major events allows for optimal ambulance positioning, improving coverage and reducing response times across the emirate.
Advanced Field Support Units
The second station showcases a field support unit—an ambulance equipped with advanced medical equipment and operational systems designed to assist field teams during emergencies and major incidents. This unit is particularly vital for challenging terrains or natural disaster scenarios, reflecting the high level of readiness and advancement in Dubai’s ambulance system. “الإسعاف دبي” is well-prepared to manage various scenarios efficiently, ensuring prompt and sophisticated medical care at the event location.
Impact and Future Goals
Additionally, the organization received over 279,000 emergency reports within one year through its smart reporting system, highlighting the growing reliance on digital channels. Julfar noted that Dubai Ambulance successfully achieved an average response time of about 7 minutes in 2025, with aspirations to reduce this to 4 minutes by 2033. The institution continues to invest in modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and remote medical communication systems, aimed at improving the quality of medical care and enhancing the speed of clinical decision-making during emergencies, significantly benefiting patient outcomes.
Julfar asserted that Dubai Ambulance Services’ participation in the exhibition represents a crucial platform for showcasing pioneering experiences, contributing to the development of emergency services and reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global model for quality healthcare and emergency response.
