Emirates Airline Festival of Literature
Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, the Dubai Art Season kicks off alongside the eighteenth edition of the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature. This festival takes place at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City and runs until April 27, bringing together a constellation of global writers and thinkers. The festival aims to present a rich program filled with stories and engaging dialogues while highlighting local contributions through the themes of “Emirati” and “Translation.”
Al Quoz Arts Festival
The Al Quoz Creative Zone hosts the Al Quoz Arts Festival on April 24 and 25, supported by Dubai Culture. This event features a fantastic array of musical performances, art exhibitions, and family-friendly activities. The festival aims to provide a rich cultural and artistic experience for all visitors, reflecting the essence of the Dubai Art Season.
Art Dubai and World Art Dubai
The events also include the twentieth edition of Art Dubai, which will be held at Madinat Jumeirah from April 18 to 20, gathering over 100 contemporary art galleries from 35 countries. Additionally, the twelfth edition of World Art Dubai will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, offering art enthusiasts the opportunity to acquire artworks at affordable prices. This also contributes to fostering art appreciation and promoting emerging talents.
