The Public Prosecution in Dubai, in collaboration with Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, celebrated the graduation of 30 participants from leadership and department management within the “Public Prosecution Leadership Program Inspired by Mohammed bin Rashid, Supported by Artificial Intelligence and Behavioral Insights.” This initiative enhances the readiness of national competencies to lead government work and keep pace with future transformations by utilizing the latest tools of artificial intelligence and behavioral sciences in decision-making.
The ceremony, held at the headquarters of the Public Prosecution, was attended by the Attorney General of Dubai, Counselor Essam Issa Al Humaidan, and the CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, Dr. Ali Bin Sebaa Al Marri, along with several officials and leaders from both sides.
A Three-Month Program Redefining Leadership Training
The program lasted three months and constituted a specialized executive initiative that transcended traditional training concepts. It was based on the “Leadership Path Inspired by Mohammed bin Rashid” model, inspired by the approach of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. The program integrated applications of artificial intelligence and behavioral insights to enhance leadership efficiency and decision-making capabilities, linking academic knowledge to practical application. This pathway confirms that investment in leadership is no longer limited to traditional administrative skills but relies on more advanced tools that address the challenges of the upcoming phase.
Counselor Essam Al Humaidan emphasized that the program embodies the Public Prosecution’s commitment to investing in national competencies and preparing second-tier leadership according to the latest leadership methods, enhancing their readiness to assume future responsibilities and lead with efficiency and innovation, thereby supporting the journey of government excellence and the judicial system.
Dr. Ali Bin Sebaa Al Marri confirmed that investing in national leadership is a fundamental pillar for building governments that are more prepared for the future. He noted that the program reflects the college’s vision in designing specialized executive programs that combine leadership thinking with practical application and keep pace with rapid transformations in government management. He also pointed out that collaboration with the Public Prosecution exemplifies an advanced model of partnership between government and academic institutions in preparing leaders capable of meeting the requirements of the upcoming phase.
Training Themes Integrating Digital Leadership with Emotional Intelligence
The program included five main themes: digital leadership, leadership values, strategic planning, continuous learning, and the development of emotional intelligence and stress management. It also featured individual training sessions, a field leadership camp, and an innovative applied project titled “Hackathon” to develop high-impact government solutions based on behavioral sciences, design thinking, and artificial intelligence tools. Together, these elements provided participants with a comprehensive practical experience that enhanced their ability to translate knowledge into actionable practices within the workplace.
