The Qatar real estate market is experiencing significant activity, with total deals amounting to approximately QR767.146 million ($210.8 million) during the week of November 16–20, 2025. This robust trading surge is primarily driven by the vibrant sectors of land sales, residential properties, and mixed-use assets, particularly in key areas like Doha and Al Rayyan.
