In a significant move aimed at reinforcing its commitment to quality and enhancing institutional performance, Diba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club welcomed an internal auditor for its Quality Management System, ISO. This initiative underscores the club’s ongoing efforts to improve service efficiency and administrative processes, thereby fostering an exceptional working environment. The ultimate goal is to ensure readiness to meet the requirements for institutional excellence and achieve the highest levels of quality within the sporting and cultural framework.
The auditor was received by key figures including Ahmed Abdullah Al-Naqbi, Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, Mohamed Ali Al-Zahouri, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Activities Committee, and Mohammed Rashid Rashoud, a member of the Cultural Committee, along with several administrative staff from the club.
The visit involved a thorough on-site inspection of various facilities and sectors associated with the club. The aim was to gain firsthand insight into the operational working environment and ensure that different departments adhere to integrated quality standards. Furthermore, the auditor evaluated the compliance of established procedures and scrutinised the mechanisms and processes in place for administrative operations.
