Dubai Investments Real Estate, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has officially announced the commencement of the first phase delivery for the “Dana Bay” project, a mixed-use development situated along the waterfront of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The company stated that all waterfront villas are now ready for handover, while construction on the wave-break villas and the residential tower continues. A total of 171 villas along the beachfront have been completed and are prepared for delivery in this phase. This phase includes 143 townhouses and villas offering 3 and 4 bedrooms, with all internal and external works, utility installations, and infrastructure fully finalized.
Luxury Villas and Their Status
Similarly, work has been completed on 28 exclusive villas located inland, each with 4 to 5 bedrooms. All construction and landscaping tasks for these villas have also reached completion. The wave-break villas, boasting exclusive sea views, are making noteworthy progress, with the completion rate for the group of 8 villas reaching 91%. Development works have concluded, and the finishing touches for both internal and external aspects are nearing completion. Additionally, the group of 10 hotel villas shows significant progress, with a completion rate of 69%, involving advancements in internal works, construction services, and finishing tasks.
Residential Tower and Infrastructure Development
Simultaneously, construction is advancing on the Dana Bay residential tower, which will feature 143 apartments spread across 19 floors. With site setup and enabling works already completed, the foundation and infrastructure execution has reached 75%. Ongoing construction efforts continue to drive this aspect of the project forward.
