Dar Global has officially launched The Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, marking a significant milestone in luxury real estate and leisure in the region. This prestigious project represents the first of two major initiatives introduced through a collaboration with The Trump Organization, capturing attention with its high-end offerings in Riyadh.
The Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, emerges as part of a joint announcement made in December 2024, which detailed the launch of two Trump-branded developments in Riyadh. This ambitious project is poised to create a remarkable destination for both residents and visitors, integrating luxurious living with premier leisure activities.
Covering a sprawling 2.6 million square meters, the golf course will be part of the exclusive master plan coordinated by Diriyah Company. It promises not only a championship golf course but also a luxurious Trump hotel and upscale residences, all designed to provide stunning views of the majestic wadis and expansive golf vistas.
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “Dar Global is proud to collaborate with Diriyah Company and Dar Al Arkan on the development of Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar.” He further emphasized the firm’s experience in delivering landmark projects with globally recognized luxury brands, promising to create an iconic destination rich in heritage and elegance.

Expansion of Trump Ventures in Saudi Arabia
In addition to the Wadi Safar project, Ziad El Chaar revealed plans for another luxury project bearing the Trump name in Jeddah. This development is expected to have a combined value of approximately US$10 billion. The envisioned Trump Plaza will include mixed-use offices and residential properties, further extending Trump’s footprint in the Kingdom.
This significant expansion follows successful collaborations by The Trump Organization with Dar Al Arkan and Dar Global on notable projects across the region. Yousef Al Shelash, Chairman of Dar Al Arkan, emphasized that this new project encapsulates the prestige and legacy of the Trump brand, highlighting confidence in its potential to become a flagship destination not just for Saudi Arabia, but on a global scale.
