Conveniently located on Burj Khalifa Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, this remarkable development will consist of 621 exclusive residences, including opulent Royal Suites and studios equipped with private jacuzzis. Additionally, two- and three-bedroom Royal units will boast their own private pools, further enhancing the luxurious experience.
At the top of the tower, an Infinity Sky Pool will provide breathtaking views of both the Burj Khalifa and the vibrant Downtown Dubai skyline. Following the launch, Binghatti is scheduled to host a five-day sales showcase, running from September 7 to 11 at Swissotel The Bosphorus, where prospective buyers can receive investment guidance and personalized consultations.
Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Holding Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm about the project, stating, “Skyblade is not merely a residential tower; it is a legacy project positioned on the world’s most prestigious boulevard, standing as one of the last few developments to rise in the very heart of Downtown Dubai. By unveiling this landmark in Istanbul, a city that bridges continents, we reaffirm our mission to connect cultures and create architectural icons that transcend borders and generations.”
The Istanbul event underscores Binghatti’s continued expansion following successful showcases in Egypt. The company remains dedicated to creating properties that combine architectural distinction with cultural depth and significant investment potential.
