Designed by the renowned architectural firm BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), The Row Saadiyat embodies a harmonious blend of contemporary design and cultural significance, aimed at creating a vibrant community for residents and visitors alike.

Set to go on sale starting November 1, The Row Saadiyat will feature a total of 315 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms across three distinct buildings in its initial phase. The project comprises seven mid-rise structures, each standing nine stories tall and offering two levels of parking basements.

The Row Saadiyat is envisioned as a walkable and socially inclusive neighborhood, designed to enhance well-being and community engagement. It features shaded, air-conditioned pedestrian bridges that connect residents to key locales such as Saadiyat Grove and Mamsha Beach.
The interiors of the apartments have been crafted by the award-winning studio Kettle Collective. Ground-floor spaces will house luxurious dining, wellness, and lifestyle venues.
