The real estate market in Ajman has shown remarkable momentum, with a notable surge of 62.5% in transactions in July 2025, totaling an impressive $885 million. This growth, confirmed by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, highlights the emirate’s flourishing property sector, reflecting heightened investor interest and robust market activity.
In July, the Ajman real estate transactions included 1,920 deals, amounting to AED 3.25 billion ($885 million), showcasing an exceptional increase in value compared to July 2024. This surge signals a strong recovery and growing confidence in the local real estate market.
Among the transactions, trading volume reached AED 1.95 billion ($531 million) through 1,593 sales, with Al Helio 1 emerging as the most popular area, notably recording the highest single transaction valued at AED 56 million ($15.3 million). This underscores how specific neighborhoods in Ajman are becoming attractive hotspots for buyers.
The Department also noted an uptick in mortgage activity, with 178 mortgage transactions occurring in July, amounting to over AED 432 million ($118 million). This further indicates a healthy real estate market, as more buyers are turning to financing options to acquire properties.
Growing Demand for Commercial Assets
Notably, the highest registered mortgage value reached AED 110 million ($30 million) in Industrial Area 2, underscoring the rising demand for commercial and industrial assets. This trend mirrors a broader appetite among investors for properties that offer lucrative returns, particularly in key economic zones.
Ahmad Khalfan Al Shamsi, the Acting Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, remarked that “the emirate continues to experience exceptional growth driven by increasing demand across property types.” This confidence resonates throughout the sector, promising an optimistic outlook for Ajman’s real estate market moving forward.
