Amin Alzarouni, Executive Director of Government Relations at SAP, stated that training in AI assistance represents a real shift in how government operations are managed. “Integrating AI into workflows enhances operational efficiency and elevates service quality,” he affirmed. He noted that this transformation is not merely a technological tool but becomes an essential part of government operations. In the context of promoting the use of AI, Haider Pasha, CEO of Information Security at Palo Alto Networks, stated that this transformation is accompanied by new security challenges. He pointed out that the expansion of AI usage requires the development of advanced security systems to ensure data protection. “Cybersecurity must be integrated at all stages of AI to ensure the sustainability of digital transformation and protect government systems,” Pasha emphasized.
