The Abu Dhabi real estate market is experiencing remarkable growth, surging 43.3 percent to reach AED 94 billion ($25.6 billion) in the first nine months of 2025. This surge reflects rising confidence in the sector, with a record 29,400 transactions reported. According to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), such rapid growth highlights Abu Dhabi’s standing as one of the most reliable property markets in the region.
ADREC attributes the 48 percent increase in transaction volume to the ongoing digital transformation and regulatory advancements in the sector, designed to enhance efficiency and bolster investor trust. This effort has solidified Abu Dhabi’s reputation for transparency and reliability in real estate.
Out of the total AED 94 billion ($25.6 billion) generated, AED 61.8 billion ($16.8 billion) stemmed from 16,887 sales and purchases, showcasing robust market activity.
