The Deputy Ruler of Sharjah also learned about key statistics recorded by the Sharjah Police General Command from community participation in surveys, which revealed a remarkable 99.7% feeling of safety among residents, alongside a 97% public trust in the Sharjah Police and a 96.7% trust in police stations.

During his tour, Sheikh Abdullah observed the major initiatives undertaken by the command to address various community issues through public awareness campaigns, totaling 17 initiatives focused on traffic and patrols, and 151 programs aimed at combating substance abuse.

Sheikh Abdullah analyzed customer satisfaction results concerning the services rendered by the Sharjah Police General Command, which reached an impressive 97.8%. The Deputy Ruler toured the Operations Department building, equipped with cutting-edge software systems engineered to advanced standards utilizing artificial intelligence. Sheikh Abdullah listened attentively to detailed explanations regarding the Emergency Report Management Center, which includes platforms for receiving emergency calls at 999 that operate around the clock, as well as security monitoring platforms connected to a network of cameras throughout the emirate. Furthermore, he was acquainted with the platforms for managing patrols and coordinating with supporting entities, ensuring enhanced rapid response and high-level security services. He also learned about the early warning system linking gold stores and exchange shops as a comprehensive security solution aimed at proactively enhancing safety and preventing accidents.
Effective Communication between Police and the Public
The Deputy Ruler then reviewed the operations of the 901 Communication Management Center, understanding its approach to handling non-emergency inquiries and providing police services, which enhances effective communication between the police and the public.

Sheikh Abdullah concluded his tour of the Operations Department by exploring the simulation rooms dedicated to report management, which play a crucial role in training police personnel and refining their skills to handle various incoming reports efficiently.
