In a remarkable sporting event, rider Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Bastaki achieved the title of the Dubai Crown Prince Cup for Endurance, recently held at the Dubai International Endurance City in Saih Al-Salam. The race saw the participation of 136 riders from various stables and equestrian clubs across the country, reflecting the ongoing passion for equestrian sports in the UAE.

Al-Bastaki clinched first place in his race, covering a distance of 120 kilometers on the horse “Boleo Charles,” owned by MRN Stables. The race began with tough challenges, as he finished in 23rd place during the first phase, which spanned 40 kilometers. As the rounds progressed, Al-Bastaki showcased exceptional skills, moving up to 15th place in the second phase, which was 35 kilometers long.
Notable Progress
During the third phase, held over a distance of 25 kilometers, Al-Bastaki managed to leap to the front. He did not stop there; he maintained his position as the leading competitor in the fourth and final phase, which covered 20 kilometers, achieving a total time of 4:23:28 hours and adding a new achievement to his sporting career.
Strong Competition for Other Places
In second place, rider Leah Vandykershof delivered a fantastic performance with the horse “Mon Shadow,” owned by F3 Stables. She started the competition from 31st place in the first phase, but her passion for excellence drove her to advance to second place in the fourth phase with a time of 4:23:57 hours.
The third place went to rider Mohammed Adel Al-Hosni, who displayed great determination while riding the horse “SC Bonito,” owned by Al-Rif Ajban 2 Stables. He remained in 18th place during the first phase but managed to rise to 11th place in the third phase, finishing the race in third place with a time of 4:24:16 hours.
