This collaborative effort highlights the commitment of both organizations to enhance community happiness through meaningful interactions and valuable resources during the designated Patient Happiness Day.
Spreading Joy and Awareness
On this special day, Abu Dhabi Police and the Civil Defense Authority bring joy to patients at Sheikh Tahnoun Medical City, providing gifts, digital brochures, and school bags for children. The event was characterized by a warm, human touch, reflecting the dedication of both agencies to fostering community happiness. This initiative aimed not only to uplift spirits but also to deliver critical information about safety and security.
Traffic Awareness for All
To further enrich the experience, the Traffic and Patrols Directorate took the opportunity to raise road safety awareness among patients and visitors. They shared important traffic laws and regulations, as well as information about the Child Patrol program. This initiative is pivotal in educating the younger generation about positive behavior on the roads, a necessary step toward enhancing community safety.
Fire Safety Education
Additionally, the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority played a crucial role in educating attendees on fire safety. They provided essential guidelines on fire prevention and offered first aid tips. Children were particularly engaged as they learned about the pivotal roles of firefighters and rescue personnel, including the dangers they face while protecting lives and property. Demonstrations on using fire extinguishers further empowered families with life-saving knowledge.

At the conclusion of the event, the Sheikh Tahnoun Medical City management honored both Abu Dhabi Police and the Civil Defense Authority for their exceptional efforts in organizing such humanitarian and awareness initiatives.
