Bvlgari has officially unveiled its first luxury mansion at the newly developed Bodrum Resort, marking a significant milestone in the luxury real estate landscape of Turkey’s picturesque Aegean coast. This exclusive project not only showcases the exquisite craftsmanship synonymous with the Bvlgari brand but also sets a new standard for opulent living in an idyllic setting. The venture promises to combine breathtaking architectural design with premium amenities, making it a sought-after destination for luxury seekers.
Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Bodrum has opened the first completed mansion from its residential project on Turkey’s Aegean coast.
AHEN, the development company founded by Mehmet Cengiz, chairman of Cengiz Holdings, is delivering the project.
ACPV ARCHITECTS, led by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, designed the development, which sits on a 60-hectare peninsula between two bays along the Bodrum coastline.
Experience the Elegance of the Six-Bedroom Bvlgari Mansion
The development spans 68 hectares of terraced Mediterranean gardens. Plans include a resort and 101 Bvlgari-branded mansions positioned on the seafront and hillside, with residences ranging from three to six bedrooms.
Each mansion integrates seamlessly into the landscape, with native vegetation adorning the rooftops. This thoughtful design minimizes the visual impact from the sea while preserving sweeping natural vistas.
The completed six-bedroom mansion spans two floors, featuring a stunning staircase and a double-height living area complete with floor-to-ceiling windows. The expansive dining space is complemented by an open kitchen designed by Molteni&C | Dada Engineered, alongside a fitness room outfitted with Technogym equipment and a relaxing massage room.
ACPV ARCHITECTS carefully curated furniture pieces from luxury brands like Maxalto, B&B Italia, and Flexform. The rich lighting scheme comes from renowned designers such as Flos, FontanaArte, Aggio, and Oluce, while carpets are provided by Altai.
The interiors are adorned with Turkish artworks by Mübin Orhon, Ergin İnan, and Devrim Erbil. An 18th-century Anatolian Kilim and Iznik-style ceramics from Florence’s Cantagalli Manufactory beautifully integrate into the overall design.
Outdoor Oasis and Sustainable Landscape Design
The landscaped garden extends to a charming beach complete with a deck. A striking 16-meter infinity pool serves as the centerpiece of the outdoor space, accompanied by a lounge area featuring a fireplace and dining space for al fresco gatherings.
Cracknell, the landscaping firm, designed the master plan with a focus on the peninsula’s native ecosystem. Their approach harmoniously combines indigenous planting with walkways and water-wise solutions, ensuring sustainability while enhancing the natural beauty of the surroundings.
Exteriors feature elegant travertine and sandstone cladding alongside high-performance windows. Inside, Denizli travertine from a local quarry and Perla Rocca quartzite enhance the luxurious bathrooms. Premium fittings are sourced from brands like Axor, Antonio Lupi, Kaldewei, Geberit, and Duravit.
Construction teams have also taken an environmentally conscious approach, reintegrating excavated stone into the surrounding landscape to promote biodiversity.
ZKLD, a Turkish lighting design studio, created an illumination system that employs warm tones to highlight the materials while ensuring that the environment remains undisturbed.
Exclusive Amenities for Mansion Residents
The 101 mansions range from 850 to 2,800 square meters across terraced terrain that offers sweeping views of the sea.
Residents of these exquisite Bvlgari mansions will have access to various amenities at the upcoming Bvlgari Resort Bodrum. This includes Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, a Hōseki Japanese restaurant, a Mediterranean seafood eatery, La Spiaggia beachfront dining, and the Bvlgari Bar. The resort will even feature a private pier for boat access, enhancing the luxurious experience.
A lavish 2,200-square-meter spa will offer unique therapies such as hyperbaric therapy, zero-body dry flotation, and a Himalayan salt sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience.
Additional facilities encompass two beach clubs, a sea-view amphitheater for events, and comprehensive property management services, ensuring that Bvlgari residents experience a lifestyle of unparalleled luxury.
