Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has announced it will launch a luxury destination in Abu Dhabi in 2030, featuring a resort, beachside villas, and a collection of 90 exclusive mansions.
The Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Abu Dhabi will be located on a private horseshoe-shaped island, offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, the iconic Abu Dhabi skyline, and the opulent Presidential Palace, Qasr Al Watan.
Accessible by a dedicated bridge or by sea, the new development promises ultra-luxury living in the UAE capital.
Bvlgari Resort and Mansions Features
Developed in partnership with Eagle Hills, under the leadership of real estate visionary Mohamed Alabbar, the project boasts a range of luxurious offerings, including:
- 60 hotel rooms and suites, featuring two exclusive Bvlgari Suites and a stunning Bvlgari Penthouse.
- 30 beachfront villas, each equipped with private pools and exceptional views.
- 90 mansions, ranging from 1,650 sqm to 2,500 sqm; select estates will include private beaches and docking facilities for 25m yachts.
- Extensive amenities, including a 2,000 sqm Bvlgari Spa, a 1,000 sqm fitness center, a 25m lap pool, and signature dining experiences such as Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, alongside a high-end Japanese restaurant, Hōseki.

The project is being meticulously designed by the esteemed Milanese architecture firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, alongside the landscape studio LAND SRL.
