This August, Dubai will welcome a distinctive culinary experience with the arrival of Rodeo Drive, an all-American restaurant and bar set to open at the Oaks Hotel, Ibn Battuta Gate. Spanning a generous 14,000 square feet, Rodeo Drive promises an enticing blend of comfort food, live-fire grills, retro arcade games, live music, and even a mechanical bull, creating a vibrant atmosphere that captures the spirit of Americana.
Rodeo Drive features six immersive zones, serving dual purposes as both a restaurant and a social hub, catering to a variety of tastes and moods, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
The Food: Fire, Flavour, and Tex-Mex Heat

At the heart of Rodeo Drive is the grill pit, overseen by Head Chef Walter Melo. The menu features a tantalizing fusion of flavors rooted in Texas and Mexico, including flame-grilled steaks, smoky brisket, Tex-Mex appetizers, and bold Cali-Mex dishes. The venue is also pork-licensed, promising delicious Southern-style BBQ offerings.

Designed by Hiren Ganatra, Rodeo Drive features six unique zones, each with its own character. From the Wild West Grill adorned with leather booths and rustic timber to a New York-inspired bar with sleek, glossy finishes, no detail is overlooked. A neon-drenched arcade, a lively performance stage, a bull riding arena, and a hidden speakeasy-style Mancave ensure an eclectic yet seamless experience throughout the venue.
