Al Hamra Unveils Ambitious $871 Million Residential Project in RAK

In a significant move for RAK real estate, Al Hamra has announced two lavish residential developments, Al Hamra Greens and Aila Homes, with a total investment exceeding AED 3 billion. This initiative aims to cater to the growing demand for high-quality living spaces that foster a connection with nature and community, reflecting the company’s commitment to enhancing lifestyle offerings in Ras Al Khaimah.

The official launch event was held on July 5 at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, attracting over 1,000 brokers and industry key players eager to learn more about these impressive projects.

Al Hamra Unveils Two Sophisticated Communities

Situated within Al Hamra Village, both Al Hamra Greens and Aila Homes underscore the developer’s dedication to creating design-oriented, premium living environments.

Al Hamra Greens is a wellness-focused community inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics, promoting the philosophy of “Reconnect with Living.” Positioned across from RAK Central, this vibrant destination provides stunning views of the Al Hamra Championship Golf Course and Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Comprising 1,754 apartments in 1- to 3-bedroom configurations, each unit features private balconies that encourage a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. With prices starting from AED 1.2 million, Al Hamra Greens offers a variety of amenities, including lush gardens, BBQ terraces, paddle tennis and basketball courts, as well as jogging and cycling tracks. Families will also appreciate playgrounds for children, a pet park, a wellness spa, and a gym that boasts panoramic views. Notably, over 38 percent of the available units were sold within just 24 hours of the launch.

Aila Homes presents an exclusive collection of 200 upscale townhouses, available in 3- and 4-bedroom layouts, characterized by modern architecture and spacious designs. These homes include private gardens and provide direct access to community facilities. The pre-launch success was remarkable, with more than 50 percent of Aila Homes sold before the official unveiling, emphasizing the strong appetite for move-in-ready family homes in the emirate.

Group CEO Benoy Kurien remarked, “These launches respond directly to growing customer demand for meaningful, nature-rooted lifestyles and community living. They mark a key milestone in Al Hamra’s growth journey and our commitment to delivering value-driven developments.”

Residents of Al Hamra Greens and Aila Homes will enjoy the extensive Al Hamra ecosystem, which includes a championship golf course, a 220-berth marina, and various luxury hospitality options, such as Waldorf Astoria, The Ritz-Carlton, Sofitel, and Al Hamra Village Hotel & Residences.

Furthermore, as part of its expansion strategy, Al Hamra is venturing into ultra-luxury developments with projects like Waldorf Astoria Residences, Ras Al Khaimah, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Wadi Desert, alongside their first Dubai project. This growth further solidifies Al Hamra’s role as a key player in the UAE’s thriving real estate sector.
