Since then, this initiative has seen significant developments, including the launch of “Performance 2.0” in 2013, followed by “Performance 3.0” in 2019, culminating in the new generation known as the “Proactive Government Performance System.” This new system demonstrates a greater focus on progress and integration, reflecting the maturity of the governmental experience and its commitment to innovation and proactivity.

The new system provides an advanced model that utilizes artificial intelligence and big data analytics, allowing it to surpass traditional models of measuring outcomes.
