Strengthening UAE-Japan Partnerships
The forum aims to explore ways to enhance the partnership between the UAE and Japan across various sectors, including politics, economics, investment, advanced technology, artificial intelligence, as well as energy and water security. Additionally, participants will examine opportunities for developing research and institutional cooperation between the two countries.
Trends Global’s Participation in Creative Economy Forum
In another significant engagement, Trends Global, through its Moscow office, participated in the “Creative Economy Days” forum held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, from 28 to 30 October. During this event, Dr. Mohamed Rashwan, the director of the Trends office in Moscow, provided an insightful overview of the role of creative industries in supporting regional economic development.
Enhancing Economic Returns from Creative Industries
Dr. Rashwan proposed five key measures aimed at maximising the local economic returns from creative events and projects. These measures include the development of joint planning, support for local procurement, improvement of services and infrastructure, as well as methods to measure economic impact.
