The search for the “Future-Makers” continues in Dubai as the Museum of the Future launches interactive platforms for performance auditions as part of its “Future-Makers” campaign. This initiative aims to attract talent that will embody the human experience of the museum’s new visitor experience set to debut in 2027. These platforms provide aspiring candidates the opportunity to submit video audition performances, showcasing their abilities and human qualities outside traditional employment criteria.

This move follows the overwhelming response the campaign has received so far, with the museum now bringing the audition experience directly to the public. The interactive platforms are being set up in collaboration with prominent locations such as Virgin Megastore, Roxy Cinema, and Dubai Design Week. This allows interested individuals to gain insight into the auditioning process and to participate directly.
Audition Process Simplified
Participants will start the experience by completing a brief application form, followed by recording a video response to a question designed to uncover the attributes and skills sought by the museum. Key qualities include a love for exploration, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and adaptability to various situations. The entire experience lasts approximately four minutes and does not require prior preparation, allowing participants to express their unique personalities and abilities directly, rather than relying solely on resumes or conventional employment standards.
Event Schedule
The interactive audition experiences will take place at Virgin Megastore in Mirdif City Centre today and tomorrow, and at Roxy Cinema in Dubai Hills Mall on the upcoming Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, from November 3 to 8, the audition opportunities will be available at Dubai Design Week, located in the Dubai Design District.
