In a significant move for the global real estate landscape, LMD has announced the launch of the Christian A. Rockefeller commercial tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. This marks the first worldwide entry of American entrepreneur Christian A. Rockefeller into the property sector, with Dubai serving as the launchpad for his namesake project.
The tower will be developed in collaboration with Iconic Living Group (ILG), which represents Christian A. Rockefeller, while Devmark will handle the exclusive sales and marketing of the project.
Upon completion, the tower is expected to soar to 400 metres across 87 floors, positioning it as one of Dubai’s most prominent commercial landmarks. The design will introduce a new model of luxury office spaces inspired by the hospitality industry, seamlessly integrating work environments with comprehensive health, fitness, business, and dining facilities.
Strategically located between the Gulf Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro stations, the tower is just a five-minute drive from both the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and around 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
Construction of the Christian A. Rockefeller commercial tower is slated for completion in Q2 2031, with sales currently open through Devmark. Interested buyers can visit the sales centre on the 27th floor of the Anantara Business Tower in the Business Bay area for detailed project information.
