Strengthening Human Interaction
This journey marks the first phase of an annual comprehensive programme implemented by “Frjan Dubai” through various stages over the year. The initiative aims to enhance human communication and interaction among participants, providing them with an opportunity to explore new cultures, positively impacting their quality of life and social well-being. This aligns with the objectives of the “Dubai Social Agenda 33,” which seeks to establish a more effective and proactive social system for protection, care, and empowerment, thereby enhancing social cohesion and quality of life.
Commitment to Retirees

She stated, “Retirees’ journeys represent one of the quality community initiatives we continuously strive to develop at ‘Frjan Dubai’, offering experiences that merge entertainment, culture, and human connectivity.”
Celebrating Experience and Engagement
Al Shamsi added, “Retirees and senior citizens are a national treasure rich with experience. Through these programmes, we aim to give back by creating socially stimulating environments that enhance their active presence in society.”
Collaborative Efforts for Community Integration
Fatima Al Subosi, Director of the Senior Citizens Department at the Dubai Community Development Authority, explained that the authority’s sponsorship of this initiative underscores its commitment to supporting innovative community initiatives that meet retirees’ needs and facilitate their integration into society. She noted, “Our support for the retirees’ trips embodies the synergy between government entities and community institutions to achieve the targets of ‘Dubai Social Agenda 33’.”
A Rich Cultural Experience Awaits
The trip to the Kyrgyz Republic is packed with a variety of tourist and cultural activities, including visits to Ala Archa National Park, Lake Issyk-Kul, Chon Kemin Valley, and the city of Bishkek.
