The IFBB Academy launches “Success Ambassadors” from its graduates to enhance outreach and awareness of its programmes while fostering community partnerships.

Colonel Abdul Karim Mohammed Saeed, head of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Academy (IFBB) in Dubai, presided over the inaugural gathering of the Academy’s ambassadors. This event, organized by the Development Committee, was held at the Academy’s premises in Dubai and saw the participation of a select group of trainers, both male and female, who are distinguished graduates with substantial expertise in fitness and bodybuilding.

The launch of the Ambassadors Programme aligns with the Academy’s strategy to enhance its presence and broaden the reach of its educational and training services. This initiative seeks to leverage the competencies of its alumni, turning their experiences into a driving force to support the Academy’s mission and expand its programmes within the sports and community sectors.

The Academy’s administration has curated a list of exceptional students and graduates to join the ambassador team, recognising their professional skills and their potential to serve as successful role models capable of promoting the Academy’s offerings to interested individuals and those eager to advance their careers in fitness and bodybuilding.

Ambassadors are anticipated to play a pivotal role in raising awareness about the programmes and courses offered by the Academy, establishing connections with trainers, athletes, and enthusiasts, and supporting the Academy’s efforts to reach new community segments. This will contribute to amplifying the recognition of the importance of scientific and professional qualifications in the fields of training, fitness, and bodybuilding.

The Academy has also implemented a set of incentive programmes designed specifically for the ambassador team to motivate them to perform their roles effectively, fostering collaboration between them and the Academy, thereby ensuring the sustainability of the programme and the achievement of its objectives.

Dr. Walid Abdul Karim, the Academy’s Director General, and Rashid Al Zaabi, the Director of the Academy’s Abu Dhabi branch and head of the Development Committee, were in attendance, alongside various board members and officials from the Academy.

During his address at the gathering, Dr. Walid Abdul Karim expressed the Academy’s high expectations from its ambassadors, viewing them as a natural extension of its mission and true representatives of its programmes. He emphasized that their selection was based on their wealth of experience and skills that qualify them for this pivotal role.

He noted that the Ambassadors Programme represents a qualitative addition to the Academy’s efforts to disseminate its initiatives widely and engage as many interested individuals as possible. The success of the programme hinges on the ambassadors’ ability to communicate their positive experiences with the Academy and to showcase the standard of its programmes and the development opportunities it provides.

The launch of the Ambassadors Programme reflects a new vision for outreach and expansion, capitalizing on its graduates as “partners in success” who possess direct knowledge of the Academy’s offerings and can provide an authentic representation of its objectives, thereby enhancing trust in the institution and bolstering its presence in the fitness and bodybuilding sectors.
