The Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences has opened the project exhibition of the “Summer Future Skills Forum 2026”, showcasing the results of three weeks of intensive educational and training programmes. More than 100 male and female students took part, presenting innovative projects in artificial intelligence, robotics, scientific research, entrepreneurship and advanced technology, reflecting the Foundation’s commitment to embedding applied learning and innovation.
Student projects on display
During a tour of the exhibition, Deputy Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Dr Jamal Al Mehairi, reviewed projects developed by the students. These also covered the Internet of Things, design and digital manufacturing, financial awareness and life skills. He listened to participants as they explained their ideas and how they were implemented.
Applied learning in action
Al Mehairi said the exhibition embodies the real impact of applied learning and highlights students’ ability to turn knowledge into innovative solutions that respond to real-world challenges. He added that the Foundation is keen to provide integrated learning environments that develop critical thinking, creativity and initiative, enabling students to transform ideas into projects with tangible impact.
A key milestone in the forum
The exhibition is regarded as a major stop in the forum, offering students the chance to present their achievements before the Foundation’s leadership and parents. This, in turn, strengthens their confidence in their abilities and encourages them to continue innovating and contributing to the knowledge economy.
