Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches has signed a memorandum of understanding with Al Karamah Training Institute in a move aimed at strengthening inclusive education and expanding more comprehensive vocational learning and training opportunities for students with autism spectrum disorder in the UAE.
The agreement establishes a long-term framework that combines the academy’s hospitality expertise with Al Karamah Training Institute’s specialist knowledge in educational and rehabilitation support. It builds on a partnership launched earlier this year, with both sides now planning to broaden and deepen the collaboration through 2027 and beyond.
Long-term cooperation to support inclusion
Under the partnership, students with autism spectrum disorder will be able to gain practical experience in the hospitality sector, while future professionals in the industry will receive the skills and knowledge needed to help create more inclusive workplaces.
The initiative also supports efforts to develop a more diverse and inclusive workforce in Abu Dhabi’s growing hospitality sector.
