Fostering Emerging Talent with Effective Communication Strategies

The Art Foundation supports emerging talents by offering specialized training workshops aimed at children and youth in the fields of art and creativity. In June 2026, the foundation concluded seven workshops and programs designed to enhance artistic skills in animation, photography, and artificial intelligence. Through these initiatives, the Art Foundation aims to develop participants’ abilities and integrate them into the rapid advancements in media and art.

Animation Workshops: A New Beginning for Creativity

The Art Foundation conducted a 2D Animation Program (Level 1) supervised by trainer Sahar Abdullah. This program targeted participants aged 12 and above, where they learned the fundamentals and techniques of animation. The goal of these workshops was to support the development of their artistic skills and unleash their imagination, contributing to improving their capabilities in this creative field. The program is scheduled to continue with an advanced level in July, focusing on the production of a short animated film.

Photography: From Basics to Professionalism

The Art Foundation also highlighted a Photography Program (Level 2) under the supervision of trainer Ahmed Al-Raisi, targeting the age group of 13 to 18 years. During this program, the focus was on developing photography skills, including understanding camera settings and using Lightroom to enhance image quality. Additionally, a Photography Workshop (Level 1) was launched in collaboration with Sharjah Children, aimed at children aged 6 to 12, allowing them to learn the basics of photography and acquire new skills.

Exploring Artificial Intelligence: A Chance for Creative Design

In the era of modern technology, the Art Foundation organized a workshop titled “Design Your Fantasy City with Artificial Intelligence,” supervised by trainer Aisha bint Khalifa. This workshop, offered to children working at Al Hilal Projects, provided an opportunity to utilize artificial intelligence tools in designing imaginary cities. This experience helped the children enhance their creative thinking and digital design skills, contributing to their future development.

Community Visits: Spreading Knowledge in the Community

As part of its community efforts, the Art Foundation offered a workshop on “Basics of Photography” for employees of the Environment and Natural Reserves Authority, supervised by trainer Jamila Al-Awadi. This workshop aimed to introduce participants to the fundamental concepts of professional photography and enhance their ability to document activities effectively. All these initiatives are part of the Art Foundation’s plans to provide an educational environment that supports innovation and skill development in various fields.

Huda Al-Harmoudi, Deputy Director General of the Art Foundation, emphasizes the foundation’s commitment to supporting creative skills and increasing media awareness among children and youth. Through targeted programs and training workshops, the foundation seeks to empower new generations to explore their talents and realize their full potential in the fields of media and art, contributing to the development of an advanced knowledge-based community.
