As part of its regular meeting series, the organizing committee for the Sharjah Sports Summer Program “Our Unique Vacation 2026” at the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club continued its preparatory meetings. The meeting was chaired by Mohammed Awad Al-Ketbi, a board member and head of the organizing committee for the summer activities, with the attendance of several key members, including Abdul Rahman Mahir Al-Ketbi, head of the Media and Corporate Communication Committee, and Mansour Rashid Al-Ketbi, the club’s executive director and general supervisor of the summer activities.
Organizational Structure and Task Distribution
During the meeting, the organizational structure for the Sharjah Sports Summer Program “Our Unique Vacation 2026” was approved, and the working committees and their responsibilities were formed. This significantly contributes to enhancing integration among the work teams, which improves the efficiency of organizational performance during the program’s implementation. The distribution of tasks and responsibilities among the various committees was also discussed, along with administrative decisions that regulate the workflow.
Work Plans and Coordination
During the meeting, the work team reviewed the executive plans for each committee, along with the mechanisms for implementing events, workshops, and field visits. The organizational, administrative, media, and logistical aspects were also discussed to ensure the readiness of the venues, facilities, and all concerned personnel. Mohammed Awad Al-Ketbi expressed the organizing committee’s commitment to completing all organizational and administrative preparations before the program’s launch. He emphasized that the approval of the organizational structure and task distribution is part of enhancing institutional work and reinforcing the principle of collaboration among all. Al-Ketbi noted that they “are working according to a comprehensive plan aimed at achieving the highest levels of readiness, through the integration of roles among the different committees.”
