Union Trains expects the number of passengers using its services to reach approximately 10 million annually once the network operates at full capacity. The project offers guaranteed seating and reserved seats to ensure passenger comfort during their journeys. Additionally, the trains feature free Wi-Fi and device charging ports available at every seat, ensuring enjoyment and access to modern technology while traveling.
Multiple Class Options
Union Trains allows passengers to choose between two different classes: Comfort Class and Premium Class. It also provides three ticket categories within each class, including Economy, Value, and Flexible options, enabling travelers to select the option that best suits their needs and budgets. Customers can book their trips through the app and website up to four weeks in advance, simplifying the planning process for their adventures.
Unique Experience at Stations
The company announced the development of a memorial art installation titled “Emirates Sands” at the Mohammed bin Zayed City station in Abu Dhabi. This artwork reflects the natural diversity and national identity of the UAE through representations inspired by the sands of different emirates. Visitors and passengers are encouraged to interact with this artwork and add their personal messages, enhancing the travel experience and blending art with culture.
