“Dubai Roads” has begun executing projects in vital and diverse locations within the emirate. These locations include Emirates Road from Sharjah towards Al-Amardi Street, Um Ammara Street from Sheikh Zayed Road to Al-Wasl Street, and the roads leading to Jebel Ali in Al-Habab. The developments also encompass the areas surrounding Al-Jaddaf Metro Station, Al-Nayaat Street in Al-Barsha First, Al-Maktoum School in Al-Satwa, as well as the intersection of Al-Ittihad Street with Al-Quds Street and Sheikh Rashid Street near the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
Expectations and Outcomes
Upon completion of these projects, a significant improvement in traffic flow at the specified locations is anticipated. “Dubai Roads” aims to reduce congestion levels and decrease travel times by 15% to 30%.
