Mubadala Bio, the national pharmaceutical manufacturing company, has successfully acquired full ownership of Al-Ettihad Pharmaceuticals and Global Medical Supply Chain from Global One Healthcare Holding, a subsidiary of Yas Holding Group. This follows the initial acquisition of an 80% stake that took place at the end of 2024.
