In a remarkable surge, Ajman real estate valuations hit $403 million in July, reflecting a striking 201% increase compared to the previous month. This impressive growth underscores the region’s resilience and burgeoning appeal within the property market. Driven by increased investor confidence and diverse valuation activities, the sector showcases significant potential for both commercial and residential developments.
Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, confirmed that July witnessed 220 valuation transactions, marking a notable growth of 201% compared to June.
He elaborated that these valuation activities encompassed a variety of property types, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Breakdown of Ajman Real Estate Valuations
Commercial properties constituted the largest segment of the market, totaling AED 943 million ($256 million). This was closely followed by residential properties, which were valued at AED 198 million ($54 million). Industrial properties occupied the third position, realizing a valuation of AED 336 million ($91 million).
Notable Increases in Valuation Activities
These specific valuation activities comprised 195 transactions, totaling more than AED 1.3 billion ($354 million) and showcasing an impressive increase of 273%. This surge indicates a vibrant market environment contributing to the substantial rise in Ajman real estate valuations.
