On 15 August 2026, the Community Contributions Authority – Ma’an announced the opening of applications for the second round of its social initiative funding programme. This initiative is set to run from 15 August to 30 September, reaffirming the authority’s commitment to supporting organisations that develop innovative solutions to address social priorities in Abu Dhabi.
Building on Previous Successes
This new funding cycle follows the remarkable success of the previous round, which enabled 17 organisations to implement 18 social projects. These initiatives positively impacted over 2.92 million beneficiaries, both directly and indirectly, across the emirate.
Supporting Social Change
The programme offers financial support to eligible entities focused on developing social initiatives and enhancing their institutional capacities. The goal is to achieve a lasting social impact that aligns with the priorities set by the Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi. This funding round aims to benefit non-profit organisations, NGOs, social enterprises, and companies with social objectives.
