In a groundbreaking move, Purehealth has announced the recruitment of 100 talented individuals with determination into its healthcare and coverage facilities. This initiative is part of their ongoing partnership with the Abu Dhabi Department of Community Development, aimed at providing promising career opportunities for people of determination. The accomplishment was supported by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health and highlights the vision of creating a smart and interconnected healthcare system that prioritises people.
A Collaborative Effort for Inclusive Opportunities
The occasion was marked by a celebratory event attended by prominent figures, including Eng. Hamad Ali Al Dhaheri, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Department of Community Development; Dr. Nourah Khamees Al Ghaithi, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Department of Health; and Shaiesta Asif, CEO of Purehealth, along with various leaders from the healthcare sector and members of the community, including many people of determination.

Al Dhaheri emphasised that economic and social empowerment is a key pillar in enhancing the quality of life for individuals of determination and their families, offering them broader horizons for independence and fulfilling personal and professional aspirations. This support fosters the ability to plan for their futures and actively contribute to society, aligning with the objectives of the Family Year and enhancing the participation of individuals of determination as active partners in the development journey.
He reassured that the Department of Community Development continues to collaborate with its partners to translate the aspirations of the Abu Dhabi Strategy for People of Determination into tangible results and sustainable impact by expanding opportunities for inclusion across various vital sectors, thereby enhancing the participation of individuals of determination in economic and social life. This effort supports the development of a more cohesive, prosperous, and sustainable community for all.
This initiative is part of a public-private partnership in the Abu Dhabi Department of Community Development’s empowerment plan for people of determination. This collaboration supports Abu Dhabi’s long-term ambitions to activate the effective participation of individuals of determination in the workforce while simultaneously aiding Purehealth’s efforts to enhance inclusive employment opportunities within the healthcare sector in the UAE. It also contributes to achieving the UAE’s Centennial 2071 goals by laying the foundations of a more inclusive society that offers equal opportunities for all talents and competencies.
