Pantheon Launches $217.8 Million Mixed-Use Project in JVT

Pantheon breaks ground for $217.8mn mixed-use development in JVT marks a significant milestone in Dubai’s real estate landscape as Pantheon Development embarks on a transformative project, VOXA. This ambitious initiative aims to create an integrated living environment, blending work, leisure, and community engagement into a coherent urban space. Set within the vibrant Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), this development is projected to elevate the region’s appeal and functionality, showcasing modern living exemplified by innovation and sustainability.

Introduction to VOXA

Pantheon Development has officially commenced construction on VOXA, an AED800 million (US$217.8 million) mixed-use development located in the heart of Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). This project represents the company’s inaugural foray into branded residences, expanding its extensive experience garnered from its successful offerings in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

A Vision for Modern Living

The vision behind VOXA is to create a vibrant destination where “work, life, and leisure will coexist in perfect balance, introducing a new era of smart, connected, and experience-driven living.” Scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028, VOXA aims to redefine living spaces by seamlessly integrating various lifestyle elements.

Design and Amenities

Spanning over 450,000 sqft., VOXA features 70,000 sqft of commercial space along with 20,000 sqft dedicated to curated retail choices, in addition to 360,000 sqft of modern residential units spread across 29 floors. The development has been meticulously designed to promote productivity, wellness, and a harmonious lifestyle, combining convenience, connectivity, and a sense of community.

The architectural design of VOXA emphasizes function and aesthetics, featuring spacious office layouts that allow for flexible configurations and ample natural light. With over 24 amenities, residents and visitors will have access to meeting lounges, cafés, wellness zones, a yoga deck, a beach wave pool, an outdoor cinema, pet-friendly parks, and leisure areas. Additionally, smart building management systems will optimize energy consumption, ensuring operational efficiency.
