Pantheon Development has officially commenced construction on VOXA, an AED800 million (US$217.8 million) mixed-use development located in the heart of Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). This project represents the company’s inaugural foray into branded residences, expanding its extensive experience garnered from its successful offerings in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

The vision behind VOXA is to create a vibrant destination where “work, life, and leisure will coexist in perfect balance, introducing a new era of smart, connected, and experience-driven living.” Scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028, VOXA aims to redefine living spaces by seamlessly integrating various lifestyle elements.

Spanning over 450,000 sqft., VOXA features 70,000 sqft of commercial space along with 20,000 sqft dedicated to curated retail choices, in addition to 360,000 sqft of modern residential units spread across 29 floors.
