Sharjah Real Estate Surpasses $2 Billion Milestone in July 2025

The Sharjah real estate market achieved a remarkable milestone in July 2025, with total transactions exceeding $2 billion. This significant increase reflects a booming property sector driven by strong investor confidence, expanding infrastructure, and favorable regulations. As urban development accelerates, Sharjah continues to attract a diverse range of buyers, from local residents to international investors, reinforcing its status as a preferred real estate destination in the region.

In July, real estate sales spanned over 23.2 million square feet, showcasing an impressive level of activity in the market. This growth reflects both the accelerating pace of development and the robust confidence investors have in Sharjah’s economic stability and regulatory framework.

Broad Geographic Distribution of Sales

The transactions in July covered 114 distinct areas across the emirate, highlighting the widespread demand among buyers. This broad distribution indicates that the Sharjah real estate landscape is flourishing not just in established districts but also in emerging neighborhoods, offering a variety of options for potential homeowners and investors alike.

Among the total transactions, 1,503 were sales deals, accounting for 13.2% of all activities. Additionally, the market saw 593 mortgage transactions worth AED 2.8 billion ($762 million) and 1,134 initial sales contracts, representing 10% of the total. Furthermore, ownership deed transactions reached 4,682 (41.1%), and 3,465 ownership certificates were issued, representing 30.5% of the transactions.

July witnessed the sale of 857 parcels of land, 332 residential units in towers, and 312 built-in land transactions.
