GFH Partners Manry Launches Logistics Facility in JAFZA
In a new activation of its role in the real estate investment sector, GFH Partners Manry has announced the commencement of construction for a modern logistics facility in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). The project will be executed in collaboration with Palmoun Group as the development manager, underscoring the strategic importance of this facility in enhancing Dubai‘s position as a key hub in the logistics and industrial sectors.
Groundbreaking Ceremony
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Abdulla bin Damithan, CEO and General Manager of DP World in the Gulf Cooperation Council, along with several senior officials and distinguished guests. This event highlighted the project’s significance and GFH Partners Manry’s role in supporting economic growth in the region.
Facility Design
The project spans an area of 214,000 square feet, with the facility designed according to the highest global standards. GFH Partners Manry focuses on achieving optimal operational efficiency and flexibility for expansion, providing an ideal environment for tenants to meet the growing demand for high-quality logistics spaces, particularly in fast-growing sectors.
Details of the New Facility
The facility covers a built-up area of 144,000 square feet, with a storage capacity of up to 32,000 pallet positions. It features a high-level straight floor and 16 loading docks, along with a modern office space extending over 15,000 square feet, complete with a mezzanine overlooking the DP World Jebel Ali Port. The design focuses on maximizing the utilization of additional space to enhance storage capacity while adhering to the highest sustainability standards.
Completion Timeline
Construction is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2027. GFH Partners Manry is currently engaged in advanced discussions with a leading logistics service provider in the region to lease part of the project space, reflecting positive market trends and the interest of various sectors in investing in logistics services.
