The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South has launched the VIP Terminal Boulevard, a transformative initiative aimed at attracting prestigious global aviation firms and luxury brands. This ambitious development underscores Dubai’s commitment to enhancing its status as a leading center for business aviation and high-end retail.
Positioned adjacent to the VIP Terminal, which has been experiencing a remarkable surge in business aviation activity, the VIP Terminal Boulevard stretches 769 meters and features 16 premium buildings encompassing 204,000 square meters of meticulously planned development.
The project is set to unfold in multiple phases starting in 2026, providing top-tier facilities and retail offerings as integral components of MBRAH’s comprehensive aviation ecosystem.

Construction is currently underway on Aviation One, a striking six-story structure that marries contemporary aesthetics with cutting-edge layouts, affirming MBRAH’s dedication to innovation and excellence.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, remarked: “Aviation has always been one of the fundamental pillars of Dubai’s economy.
