The Dubai Community Contribution Foundation, known as “Jood,” has launched an upgraded digital platform, marking a significant step towards building an integrated framework for social contributions in Dubai. The launch aligns with Jood’s vision of enhancing community involvement in development efforts and reinforcing the objectives outlined in the “Dubai Social Agenda 33.” The new platform offers a comprehensive digital experience, allowing users to create personalised accounts, make immediate or recurring contributions—whether daily, weekly, or monthly—support urgent cases, and initiate personal fundraising campaigns. Users can also gift contributions to family and friends and receive certificates for various occasions. Eligible partners and organisations can leverage Jood to launch their initiatives and campaigns, reaching a broader base of contributors.

Mohammed Rashid Bin Hashem, the Executive Director of the Dubai Community Contribution Foundation, expressed that the launch of the upgraded digital platform is a strategic move aimed at developing the social contributions ecosystem in Dubai and expanding participation. “We strive to establish a more integrated system that makes community engagement easier and more prominent in the lives of individuals and institutions, providing diverse pathways for giving—from direct and periodic contributions to support urgent cases and empowering partners,” he stated.
