Parkin Company clarifies that the new public parking rates in Dubai Maritime City will be applicable during specified working hours, which run from 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. The pricing starts at 2 dirhams for half an hour, 4 dirhams for one hour, and returns to a rate of 8 dirhams for two hours, reaching up to 12 dirhams for three hours. For those needing longer parking durations, the rates will be 20 dirhams for five hours, 24 dirhams for six hours, and 28 dirhams for seven hours. The maximum rate will be 32 dirhams for 14 hours.
Monthly Subscription Options
To meet the long-term needs of users, Parkin Company has introduced a range of public parking subscriptions at competitive prices. Available options include a monthly subscription for 315 dirhams, a three-month subscription for 840 dirhams, a six-month subscription for 1680 dirhams, and an annual subscription priced at 2940 dirhams. These subscription packages aim to provide greater flexibility for users and ensure easy parking availability in Dubai Maritime City.
